Matthew Etchells holds a B.A. in Performing Arts and Education from the University of Chester, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Wales, a M.Ed. in International Management and Policy from the British University in Dubai, and is currently undertaking a Ph.D. in Culture and Curriculum at Texas A&M University. He has over a decade of leadership experience in international schools.

Antonia Ketsetzi holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and an MS degree in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Crete in Greece. During her studies she also obtained a Certificate in education with a long teaching experience in Technical Education in Greece. She also holds an M.Ed. in Science Education from Texas A&M University and she is currently a Ph.D student in Culture and Curriculum at the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture (TLAC) at Texas A&M University with emphasis to Science and Engineering Education.
